摘  要:浸没燃烧技术是一种新型的高效节能加热技术,燃烧利用率可达到95%以上,然而用于浸没燃烧加热设备的燃烧器要面临燃烧室背压不稳定的工作环境,易造成燃烧不稳定。文章对一种基于拉瓦尔喷嘴的壅塞现象设计的高速稳压燃烧器进行了Fluent数值模拟研究,证实其在燃烧器出口压力在一定范围内波动时,燃烧器的燃烧室内压力恒定不变,燃气燃烧可稳定进行。Submerged combustion technology is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving heating technology.The utilization rate of combustion can reach more than 95%.However,the burners used in submerged combustion heating equipment are faced with high back pressure and unstable working environment,which is easy to cause combustion instability.In this Paper,a kind of highspeed stabilized pressure burner based on the choking phenomenon of Laval nozzle is studied by fluent numerical simulation.It is confirmed that the combustion state in the combustion chamber is stable under different outlet pressure of the burner.
