摘  要:目的:优化蒙药三臣小儿退热贴最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以羟基红花色素A提取率和出膏率为指标,正交试验优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果:提取工艺条件为15倍量60%乙醇为溶剂,回流提取3次,每次60min,羟基红花黄色素A提取率达到98.9%;结论:该方法稳定可行。Objective:To select the best extraction process of the effective components of safflower.Method:taking the content of pigment A and extraction rate of hydroxyl safflower as the indexes,the effects of solvent,solvent multiple,extraction time,extraction times and other four factors on the extraction of effective components and content of safflower were selected by orthogonal experiment.Results:reflux extraction was performed 3 times in 15 times of 60%ethanol solution,each time 60 minutes was the best extraction process for the effective components of safflower.Conclusion:the stability and repeatability of this method are suitable for the extraction of effective components of safflower.
