摘　　要：6例患者因外科手术治疗,在术后静脉滴注聚明胶肽注射液500ml补充血容量期间,患者突发寒战、高热,体温最高达39.2℃,立即停用药物,更换输液器,加盖棉被保暖,给予糖皮质激素类药物,患者不良反应症状好转,预后良好,并未对患者原患疾病产生影响。Six patients received 500 ml polygelatin peptide injection to supplement blood volume after surgery.During the rehydration period,the patient suffered from sudden chills and high fever,with the highest body temperature of 39.2 C.The patient stopped taking medicine immediately,replaced the infusion device,covered the quilt to keep warm,and given glucocorticoid drugs into the pot.After the patient's adverse reaction symptoms improved,the prognosis was good,and the original disease did not affect the patient.
