摘　　要：为了解决旋转导向过线增效马达在水循环状态下的检测难题,设计了一种旋转导向过线马达导通性检测模块。该检测模块主要包括MCU、电源模块、低压差稳压单元、Flash、时钟单元、信号放大器、RS422通信接口和数据采集单元等。用该检测模块对不同导通状况进行多次测试,验证了该检测模块的可靠性和精度符合设计要求。结果表明,设计的检测模块能有效检测马达在水循环测试时的导通性,检测结果稳定可靠。该检测模块已成功应用于实际工程中,且其便捷的可扩展性和较高的灵活性,使其也适用于其他过线的井下仪器的检测。In order to solve the problem of detecting wired enhanced motor of the rotary steerable tool,a conductivity detecting module is designed.The detecting module includes MCU,power module,low voltage differential voltage stabilizing unit,flash,clock unit,signal amplifier,RS422 communication interface and data acquisition unit,etc.The results of several test prove that the reliability and accuracy of the test module meet the design requirements.The experimental results show that this module can effectively test the motor’s conductivity in the water cycle testing,and the results are stable and reliable.The detecting module has been applied successfully in the industry,and its convenient scalability and high flexibility make it suitable for the detection of other downhole wired instruments.
