摘　　要：针对目前水源热泵因氟利昂与制冷油中由于混有过多的灰尘、砂粒、氧化皮、砂轮磨粒、焊渣、焊瘤、铁屑以及铜屑等杂质,极易造成压缩内部零部件的磨损,同时杂质过多时会不断堆积在干燥过滤器的滤网上,严重时造成滤网堵塞,使得氟利昂无法顺利在压缩机工作系统中循环。因此,提供了一种新型可靠的水源热泵双干燥过滤装置,可有效解决因干燥过滤器堵塞时的维修难题,无需停机便可保证水源热泵机组正常工作。In view of the fact that freon and refrigeration oil are mixed with too much dust,sand,oxide scale,grinding wheel abrasive particles,welding slag,weld bead,iron filings,copper chips and other impurities in the water source heat pump,it is very easy to cause the wear of compressed internal parts and components.At the same time,when the impurities are too much,they will continuously dry the filter screen of the filter,and in serious cases,the filter screen will be blocked,so that the freon can not run smoothly This paper provides a new type of reliable water source heat pump dual drying filter device,which can effectively solve the maintenance problem when the drying filter is blocked,and can ensure the normal operation of the water source heat pump unit without shutdown.
