废弃井套管外环空射流清洗-注水泥封固联合作业管柱设计与应用

摘　　要：早期油气井废弃工艺简单,技术相对落后,相当数量的废弃井存在环境污染的风险,清洗并重新封固这些废弃井势在必行。胜利油田胜利采油厂在废弃井普查过程中发现,表层套管下部与技术套管上部存在大量沉砂和杂物,裸眼井壁经多年流体浸泡强度降低,极易发生垮塌。为了有效清洗套管,保证后期固井质量,设计了套管外环空射流清洗-注水泥封固联合作业管柱,依据环空特性优选了工具外形与喷嘴布置。现场试验结果表明,该联合作业管柱可有效实现清洗与固井作业,大大提升了废弃井的安全性,具有推广应用价值。The abandoned oil and gas wells in the early stage are simple and relatively backward,and a considerable number of abandoned wells have the risk of environmental pollution,so it is imperative to clean and re seal these abandoned wells.During the general survey of abandoned wells in Shengli oil production plant of Shengli Oilfield,it is found that there are a lot of sand and debris in the lower part of surface casing and the upper part of technical casing.After years of fluid immersion,the strength of the open hole wall is reduced,and it is easy to collapse.In order to effectively clean the casing and ensure the cementing quality in the later stage,the author designed the casing outer annulus jet cleaning cementing joint operation string,and optimized the tool shape and nozzle layout according to the annulus characteristics.The field test results show that the combined operation string can effectively realize the cleaning and cementing operation,greatly improve the safety of abandoned wells,and has the value of popularization and application.
