利用普通车床加工液压缸缸体方法的分析

摘　　要：在起重机制造过程中,液压机起到了十分重要的作用。为了降低成本,根据生产需要自主设计制造了一台200t液压机。为了保证缸体的各项技术要求,在没有配备专用设备的情况下,液压油缸缸体的加工难度较大。基于此,在原有的普通机床上设计一套加工工装,取代在大型磨床上加工,达到设计要求的同时,节约了大量加工费用,解决了生产难题。In the process of crane manufacturing,hydraulic press plays an important role.According to the production needs,in order to reduce the cost,a 200t hydraulic press was designed and manufactured independently.In order to ensure the technical requirements of cylinder block,it is difficult to process the cylinder block without special equipment.In the original ordinary machine tool,design a set of processing tooling,instead of processing on a large grinder,to meet the design requirements,at the same time,save a lot of processing costs,solve production problems.
