摘　　要：变温门拉手和冷藏门拉手是冰箱的常用功能件,两个塑件流程长且外观要求高。设计热流道顺序阀浇口浇注系统,应用Moldflow软件进行了有限元建模,并设置了成型工艺参数,分析了熔体在模具型腔中的注射充填过程。结果表明,各项分析指标在允许范围内,工艺方案具有可行性。Variable temperature door handles and refrigerator door handles are commonly used functional parts of refrigerators.The two plastic parts have a long process and high appearance requirements.Design the hot runner sequence valve gate gating system,use Moldflow software to carry out finite element modeling,set the molding process parameters,and analyze the injection filling process of the melt in the mold cavity.The results show that the analysis indicators are within the allowable range and the process plan is feasible.
