摘 要:智能制造是新工业革命的核心,智能制造以个性定制化、柔性化和互联互通的信息技术为重要特点,通过智能运维,使制造系统的价值达到最大化。柔性化、大数据、自协作、虚实融合等新的概念和先进的生产理念逐渐得到国内外制造业的认可。基于此,从车间布局、运行和管理等方面分析当前国内外智能制造车间的发展趋势和要求,结合实践经验,提出了智能制造车间规划、管理的基本思路和建设内容,为智能制造车间的升级建设提供参考。Intelligent manufacturing is the core of the new industrial revolution.Intelligent manufacturing is characterized by customized,flexible and interconnected information technology.Through intelligent operation and maintenance,the value of manufacturing system can be maximized.New concepts and advanced production concepts such as flexibility,big data,self collaboration,virtual reality integration are gradually recognized by domestic and foreign manufacturing industries.This paper analyzes the development trend and requirements of intelligent manufacturing workshop at home and abroad from the aspects of workshop layout,operation and management.Combined with practical experience,it puts forward the basic ideas and construction contents of intelligent manufacturing workshop planning and management,which provides reference for the upgrading construction of intelligent manufacturing workshop.
