摘　　要：本文介绍了“十三五”期间北方采暖地区既有居住建筑节能改造的工作目标、路径和主要经验做法,分析了既有居住建筑节能改造的趋势,并提出了进一步推进既有居住建筑节能改造的建议,以期为“十四五”期间既有居住建筑节能改造提供参考。This article introduces the work goals,promotion paths as well as main experience and practice of energysaving renovationof existing residential buildings in northern heating area during the period of 13th Five-Year Plan,analyses the trend of energy-saving transformation of existing residential buildings,and puts forward suggestions for further promoting energy efficiency renovation of existing residential buildings,which couldprovide reference for energy efficiency retrofitting of existing residential buildings during the period of 14th Five-Year Plan.
