摘　　要：根据中国石油化工股份有限公司西南油气分公司元坝天然气净化厂酸性气H2S浓度低、CO2浓度高的特点,开发了满足使用要求的系列催化剂,进行了催化剂及级配方案的优化,推荐了硫磺回收催化剂级配方案。在LSH-02催化剂的基础上,提高了催化剂的孔容和比表面积,从而提高了催化剂抗结炭、容垢和抗污染的能力。开发的LSH-02A催化剂的物理、化学性质和催化剂活性全面达到国外同类催化剂水平,并且具有优异的低温加氢和水解活性以及良好的抗工况波动能力。工业应用结果表明:系列催化剂有机硫水解活性高,净化气中有机硫体积分数低于20μL/L,烟气SO2质量浓度低于400 mg/m^3,满足高硫天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置使用要求。A series of catalysts that meet the requirements of operation have been developed.The optimization of the catalyst and its grading scheme is carried out,and the grading scheme of sulfur recovery catalyst is recommended.On the basis of LSH-02 catalyst,by increasing pore volume and specific surface area of the catalyst,the resist coking,scaling and pollution ability of the catalyst are improved.The physical and chemical properties and catalyst activity of the developed LSH-02 A catalyst have fully reached the level of similar foreign catalysts.LSH-02 A has excellent low-temperature hydrogenation and hydrolysis activity,good resistance to operating conditions fluctuations.The industrial application results show that the series of catalysts have high hydrolysis activity of organic sulfur,the volume fraction of organic sulfur in purified gas is below 20μL/L,and the mass concentration of SO2 in flue gas is less than 400 mg/m^3,which meets the requirements of sulfur recovery unit in high sulfur natural gas purification plant.
