芪术茯苓汤治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少临床观察  

Clinical Observation on Qizhu Fuling Decoction in the Treatment of Hypoleucocytosis after Chemotherapy for Gynecological Malignant Tumor

摘　　要：目的探讨运用芪术茯苓汤加减治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月—2019年4月所收治的100例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将其分为2组,即对照组和观察组各50例。对照组的患者可以采取传统常规的化疗方法进行治疗,观察组的患者则在对照组的基础上服用中药芪术茯苓汤加减进行治疗,比较2组患者在化疗后的各项指标(白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度和血小板计数)以及临床治疗的效果。结果观察组的患者在化疗后的白细胞计数水平、中性粒细胞计数水平、血红蛋白浓度以及血小板计数水平分别为(5.97±1.38)×10^9/L、(2.51±1.03)×10^9/L、(10.28±1.47)×10^9/L、(219.56±86.43)×10^9/L都明显高于对照组,P<0.05。与此同时,观察组患者在化疗后的临床治疗有效率为92%,也明显高于对照组70%,P<0.05。结论对于妇科恶性肿瘤进行放疗后的患者,采取芪术茯苓汤加减的治疗方法能够有效提高患者体内的白细胞数量,临床应用的价值较为显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qizhu Fuling decoction on hypoleucocytosis after chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors.Methods 100 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into two groups,namely,control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional chemotherapy.Patients in the observation group were treated with Qizhu Fuling decoction on the basis of the control group.The results of the two groups of patients after chemotherapy(white blood cell count,neutrophils count,hemoglobin concentration and platelet count)and clinical treatment were compared.Results The levels of white blood cell count,neutrophils count,hemoglobin concentration and platelet count after chemotherapy were(5.97±1.38)×10^9/L,(2.51±1.03)×10^9/L,(10.28±1.47)×10^9/L,(219.56±86.43)×10^9/L were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the clinical treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group after chemotherapy was 92%,and it was also significantly higher than the control group 70%(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gynecological malignant tumors after radiotherapy,the use of Qizhu Fuling decoction can effectively increase the number of white blood cells in the patient’s body,and the clinical application is of great value.
