治伤三黄酊结合针刀治疗肘关节功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨治伤三黄酊结合针刀治疗肘关节功能障碍的临床效果。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月收治的肘关节功能障碍患者73例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组采用肘关节针刀松解治疗,治疗组采用治伤三黄酊外敷联合针刀松解治疗,对比2组临床疗效,并对患者疼痛程度及肘关节功能评分进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率明显较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分明显较对照组低,且肘关节功能Mayo评分明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论治伤三黄酊外敷联合针刀松解治疗肘关节功能障碍效果显著,能够缓解疼痛,改善肘关节功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating elbow joint dysfunction with Sanhuang tincture combined with acupotomy.Methods In our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019,73 cases with elbow dysfunction were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group adopted elbow needle knife solution treatment,and the treatment group used Sanhuang tincture external joint needle knife solution treatment.The clinical curative effect was compared,and pain degree and elbow joint function score were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and Mayo score of elbow joint function was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Sanhuang tincture combined with acupotomy has a significant effect on elbow joint dysfunction,which can relieve pain and improve elbow joint function.
