前列腺汤治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后血尿临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺汤治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后血尿的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月—2019年2月进行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者66例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组应用福尔丁胶囊治疗,研究组应用前列腺汤治疗。结果研究组血尿转阴时间、住院天数显著短于对照组,治疗后出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组排尿情况、血尿以及排尿疼痛指标改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后血尿的实验中,应用前列腺汤取得了满意的治疗效果,可以明显缩短术后血尿的转阴时间,减少患者住院时间的同时也减轻了患者的经济压力,有利于术后患者生活质量的提高。而且在治疗过程中给予患者一定的健康教育可以缓解患者的不良情绪,提高了对治疗的积极性,应当在临床试验推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qianliexian decoction on hematuria after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,66 patients with TURP in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Fulding capsule,and the study group was treated with Qianliexian decoction.Results The time of blood urine turning negative and the days of hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding after treatment was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of micturition,hematuria and pain index in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the experiment of treating hematuria after transurethral resection of prostate,the application of Qianliexian decoction has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect.It can significantly shorten the time of turning negative of hematuria after operation,reduce the length of stay of patients,reduce the economic pressure of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.Moreover,in the process of treatment,health education can relieve the patients’bad mood and improve their enthusiasm for treatment,which should be popularized in clinical trials.
