清热化湿法治疗湿热中阻型浅表性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清热化湿法对湿热中阻型浅表性胃炎的临床研究。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在锦州市中心医院就诊的80例湿热中阻型浅表性胃炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,2组患者均给予常规西医治疗,其中试验组40例患者在西医的基础上加用自拟清热化湿汤治疗干预。比较评估2组患者治疗后临床有效率以及证候积分、胃黏膜炎性病变评分、日常生活能力评分。结果试验组总有效率明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组证候积分以及胃黏膜炎性病变评分低于对照组,但日常生活能力评分高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热化湿法能改善胃肠功能并促进胃黏膜修复,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical study of clearing away heat and removing dampness on superficial gastritis of dampness-heat and moderate resistance type.Methods 80 patients with superficial gastritis of dampness-heat and moderate resistance type were selected from January 2018 to January 2019.Both groups were given routine western medicine.40 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Qingre Huashi decoction on the basis of Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,syndrome score,gastric mucosal inflammatory lesion score and daily living ability score of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of syndrome and gastric mucosal inflammatory lesions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,but the scores of daily living ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of clearing heat and removing dampness can improve gastrointestinal function,promote the repair of gastric mucosa and improve the quality of life.
