巨刺腰痛点配合康复训练治疗产后腰痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察巨刺腰痛点配合康复训练治疗产后腰痛的临床疗效。方法符合纳入标准的58例产后腰痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组29例。观察组采用腰痛点巨刺法治疗配合康复训练,对照组采用腰局部取穴普通针刺治疗配合康复训练,分别于治疗前及治疗1次、3次、7次后采用VAS疼痛评分、ODI功能障碍指数评分评价治疗疗效。结果治疗1次后观察组VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),而对照组降低不明显(P>0.05);ODI功能障碍指数评分两组均降低(P<0.05),组间对比无差异。治疗3次、7次后两组VAS评分、ODI评分均明显下降,组间对比无明显差异。结论巨刺腰痛点配合康复训练治疗产后腰痛操作简便、见效迅速,尤值得在疾病初期应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of postpartum lumbago with the combination of giant acupuncture Yaotongdian(EX-UE 7)therapy and rehabilitation training.Methods According to the random principle,58 patients with postpartum lumbago were divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with giant acupuncture Yaotongdian(EX-UE 7)therapy and rehabilitation training,while the control group was treated with the conventional acupuncture.Before and after treatment for 1,3 and 7 times,VAS pain score and ODI dysfunction index score were used to evaluate the treatment effect.Results After 1 treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the reduction was not significant in the control group(P>0.05).The ODI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 treatment,VAS score and ODI score of the two groups decreased significantly,and there was no significant difference.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of giant acupuncture Yaotongdian(EX-UE 7)therapy combined with rehabilitation training on postpartum lumbago is obvious.The scheme is simple and worth applies in early stage of disease.
