摘　　要：干燥综合征属疑难病症,西医目前主要运用对症及免疫抑制等治疗,但其治疗效果不够稳定且长期用药带来许多副作用,目前人们多探索其中医药治疗方法。此文通过运用麦门冬汤加味对干燥综合征的病症治疗,取得较好效果。体现其经方在疑难病症中的重要作用,尤其麦冬的重用和清热解毒之品半枝莲的配合应用,为本病的治疗方法获取一点临床经验。Sjogren’s syndrome is a difficult disease.Western medicine mainly uses symptomatic and immunosuppressive treatments,but its therapeutic effect is not stable enough and long-term medication brings many side effects.At present,people are exploring more medical treatment methods.In this paper,the use of Maimendong decoction for the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome has achieved good results.It reflects the important role of its prescription in difficult diseases,especially the combination of Maimendong and medicinal detoxification herb of Scutellaria,to obtain some clinical experience for the treatment of this disease.
