消瘤方对抑制大鼠卵巢巧克力囊肿术后复发的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探究朱南松老先生的消瘤方对大鼠卵巢巧克力囊肿术后模型的影响,为治疗及预防卵巢巧克力囊肿术后复发的传统中医药提供科学依据。方法运用自体移植法建立大鼠卵巢巧克力囊肿模型(以下简称巧囊),手术切除造模成功的大鼠巧囊组织2周后,随机分为模型组(生理盐水组),阳性药物对照组(桂枝茯苓丸组)及消瘤方低、中、高剂量组,每组5只;予以直肠给药,4周后观察消瘤方组、桂枝茯苓丸组及生理盐水组大鼠巧囊的复发情况。结果与消瘤方低剂量和高剂量相比较,消瘤方中剂量组对大鼠卵巢巧克力囊肿术后复发有明显的抑制作用,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。而消瘤方低剂量组、桂枝茯苓丸组及生理盐水组对大鼠卵巢巧克力囊肿术后复发没有显著疗效,P>0.05。结论消瘤方中剂量组在抑制大鼠卵巢巧克力囊肿的术后复发方面疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of Zhu Nansong’s Xiaoliu recipe on the model of ovarian chocolate cyst in rats,and to provide scientific basis for the treatment and prevention of recurrence of ovarian chocolate cyst in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Chocolate cyst model of ovary was established by autologous transplantation.After 2 weeks of successful resection of chocolate cyst tissue,the model rats were randomly divided into model group(saline group),positive drug control group(Guizhi Fuling pill group)and low,medium and high dose Xiaoliu recipe group,with 5 rats in each group.After rectal administration,the recurrence of smart capsules in Xiaoliu recipe group,Guizhi Fuling pill group and saline group was observed 4 weeks later.Results Compared with Xiaoliu recipe low dose and high dose,Xiaoliu recipe medium dose group had significant inhibitory effect on the recurrence of ovarian chocolate cyst in rats(P<0.05),and there had statistical significance.However,Xiaoliu recipe low dose group,high dose group and Guizhi Fuling pill group had no significant effect on the recurrence of ovarian chocolate cyst in rats(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoliu recipe medium dose group is effective in inhibiting the recurrence of ovarian chocolate cyst in rats.
