摘　　要：目的建立盆腔炎灌肠液的微生物限度检查方法,并进行适用性实验。方法按照《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版四部通则非无菌药品微生物限度检查法对盆腔炎灌肠液进行方法适用性实验。结果用平皿法进行微生物计数检查,微生物计数回收率在0.5~1.5。采用常规法进行控制菌检查,各阳性菌均可检出,阴性无干扰。结论可采用常规法对盆腔炎灌肠液进行微生物限度检查,该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,能较好地控制盆腔炎灌肠液的质量。Objective To establish microbial limit test for Penqiangyan enema,and perform applicability experiment.Methods Applicability experiment of microbial limit test was made on Penqiangyan enema according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition PartⅣ.Results The microbial count was examined by the plate method,and the microbial count recovery was between 0.5~1.5.The control bacteria can be detected by routine method,and the negative bacteria have no interference.Conclusion The microbial limit test for Penqiangyan enema is validated in the study.The method is simple to operate and the results are accurate and reliable,which can control the quality of the Penqiangyan enema.
