黄芩油膏联合光子治疗仪治疗肛周术后并发肛周湿疹临床观察  

Clinical Observation on Baicalin Ointment Combined with Infrared Lamp Irradiation in Patients with Perianal Eczema after Perianal Surgery

摘　　要：目的研究将黄芩油膏及红外线灯照射应用于肛周疾病术后,改善患者肛周湿疹,提高护理满意度。方法选择2017年12月—2018年12初行肛周疾病术后发生肛周湿疹患者60例为研究对象,按入院时间先后随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用黄芩油膏外涂联合光子治疗仪。结果观察组肛周湿疹治愈情况好于对照组,组间差异有计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理措施应用于肛周术后并发肛周湿疹患者的治疗中,可在改善肛周湿疹方面取得良好的效果,同时提高护理满意度。Objective To study the application of baicalin ointment and infrared lamp irradiation in the treatment of perianal diseases after operation,so as to improve the patient's perianal eczema and nursing satisfaction.Methods 60 patients with perianal eczema after operation for perianal diseases from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to admission time,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received external application of baicalin ointment combined with infrared light irradiation on the basis of routine nursing.Results The cure rate of perianal eczema in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing measures in the treatment of patients with perianal eczema after anal surgery can achieve good results in improving perianal eczema and improve nursing satisfaction.
