摘　　要：提出了榫卯结构在产品设计中使用的概念及技术特征,并针对榫卯结构设计与产品模块化设计进行探讨。揭示了榫卯结构设计与产岛模块化设计在很大程度上可以相互借鉴、发挥各自优势的特点,对产岛设计在榫卯介入下的局部创新可能性进行分析,并寻找可可能的设计策略,进而提出在大规模机械化生产条件下对产品结构进行榫卯连接的改良设计步骤。最后以榫卯结构的趣味多功能安全插座的关键技术和设计程序进行验证。The concept and technical characteristics of mortise and tenon structure used in product design are put forward,and the design of mortise and tenon structure and product modular design are discussed.This paper reveals that mortise and tenon structure design and product modular design can learn from each other to a great extent and give full play to their respective advantages.It analyzes the possibility of local innovation of product design under the intervention of mortise and tenon,and looks for possible design strategies,and then puts forward the improved design steps of mortise and tenon connection of product structure under the condition of large-scale mechanized production.Finally,the key technology and design procedure of the interesting multifunctional safety socket with mortise and tenon structure are verifyed.
