点状皮片移植联合冲洗疗法对大面积烧伤残余创面植皮成活率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨点状皮片移植联合冲洗疗法对大面积烧伤残余创面的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2017年11月-2018年11月期间在巩义市中医院接受治疗的79例大面积烧伤残余创面患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同将入选者分为观察组(点状皮片移植+冲洗疗法,37例)和对照组(点状皮片移植,42例),对比分析两组分泌物细菌培养阳性率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、植皮成活率及残余创面愈合时间。结果治疗后,观察组分泌物细菌培养阳性率低于对照组,VAS评分均低于对照组,植皮成活率明显高于对照组,且残余创面愈合时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对大面积烧伤残余创面患者使用点状皮片移植联合冲洗疗法治疗,可有效降低分泌物细菌培养阳性率,降低疼痛程度,缩短残余创面愈合时间,提高植皮成活率。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of point skin transplantation combined with washing therapy on large ar ea burn residual wounds.Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with large area burn residual wounds who were treated in the hospital from November,2017 to November,2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different treatment methods,the selected patients were divided into two groups:observation group(37 cases)and control group(42 cases).The positive rate of secre tion bacterial culture,visual simulation score(VAS)score,survival rate of skin grafting and time of residual wound healing of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the positive rate of bacterial culture in the secretion of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The VAS score was lower than that of the control group.The survival rate of skin grafting was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the healing time of residual wound was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of point skin transplantation and washing therapy can effectively reduce the positive rate of bacterial culture in secretion,reduce the degree of pain,shorten the heal ing time of residual wound and improve the survival rate of skin grafting.
