摘  要:目的探讨脊柱椎弓根钉棒矫形固定与弧形自锁椎弓根钉系统对严重胸腰椎骨折脱位患者ASIA分级的影响。方法选取的60例研究对象是天津市东丽区东丽医院收治的严重胸腰椎骨折脱位患者,选取的时间段为2017年1月—2019年8月。其中接受弧形自锁椎弓根定系统治疗方法的30例患者,为对照组;另外接受脊柱椎弓根棒矫形固定治疗方法的30例患者,为观察组。对两组患者的治疗的治疗效果以及椎体前缘高度丢失率和后凸Cobb角丢失率进行观察。结果观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,且恢复及维持伤椎椎体前缘高度及脊柱后凸Cobb角较优(P<0.05)。结论给予严重胸腰椎骨折脱位患者脊柱椎弓根棒矫形固定治疗方法,治疗效果显著,对于促进患者康复和提高患者的生活质量具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the influence of pedicle screw rod orthopedic fixation and arc self-locking pedicle screw system on the ASIA classification of patients with severe thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation.Methods 60 patients with severe thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation were selected from January,2017 to August,2019.Among them,30 patients who received arc-shaped self-locking pedicle fixation system treatment were regarded as the control group;in addition,30 patients who received spinal pedicle rod orthopedic fixation treatment were regarded as the observation group.The treatment effect,the loss rate of anteri or height and the loss rate of kyphotic Cobb angle were observed.Results The effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the recovery and maintenance of the anterior height of the injured vertebra and the Cobb angle of kyphosis were better(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of severe thoracolumbar fracture and dislo cation patients with pedicle bar orthopedic fixation has a significant effect,which has a positive significance in promoting rehabilita tion and improving the quality of life of patients.
