摘　　要：目的探讨一例抗-G抗体引起交叉配血不合的原因分析。方法采用盐水凝集法,聚凝胺法,抗人球蛋白法(凝胶卡法)及吸收放散试验做抗体筛查和鉴定。结果患者血型为O型Rh分型为dce/dce,产生抗-D+G同种抗体。结论患儿产生抗-D+G同种抗体,通过试验指导临床用血,给予患儿ABO及Rh分型同型的悬浮红细胞输注,血红蛋白提升明显,效果显著。Objective To investigate the causes of blood match incompatibility caused by anti-G antibody.Methods Salt water agglutination method,polyamine method,anti human globulin method were used to screen and identify antibodies.Results The pa tient’s blood group was O-type RH,dce/dce,and anti-DG alloantibody was produced.Conclusion Patients produce an ti-DG isoantibody,guide clinical use of blood through the experiment,and give patients O-Rh type dce/dce suspension red blood cells,the effect is significant.
