摘　　要：目的探讨现代物流系统在一体化中心药房的应用成效与管理措施。方法介绍智能化轨道物流传输系统和气动物流系统的运作模式,并结合一体化中心药房实际使用情况不断进行优化,以适应工作需要。结果现代物流系统在一体化中心药房运作良好,可以根据药品性质选择合适的物流方式,一体化中心药房以智能化轨道物流传输系统作为首选的运输工具,气动物流系统为辅助方式。结论现代物流系统能保障药品及时发放,具有可溯源性,可提高医院精细化管理水平,是未来医院物流管理的发展方向。OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect and management measures of modern logistics system in integrated central pharmacy.METHODS The operation modes of intelligent track logistics transmission system and pneumatic logistics transmission system were introduced,and they were optimized continuously according to the actual use of integrated central pharmacy to meet the needs of work.RESULTS Modern logistics system operated well in integrated central pharmacy.The appropriate logistics mode could be selected according to the nature of drugs.Intelligent track logistics transmission system was the preferred transport tool for central pharmacy,and pneumatic logistics transmission system was the auxiliary mode.CONCLUSION Modern logistics system can guarantee timely distribution of drugs with traceability,and can improve the level of hospital fine management.It is the development direction of hospital logistics management in the future.
