摘 要:五孔探针测试技术已日趋成熟,但五孔探针的标定耗时费力,传统的测试方法在测量不稳定流场时存在不可忽略的误差。本文开展了考虑马赫数的非线性插值方法研究,获得了以较少标定工作量实现高精度标定的方法——三维非线性插值法。该方法将若干马赫数下的特性曲线在三维空间顺序排列,以每条曲线上同α,β位置的Kα,Kβ,CPt,CPs值为数据点,分别与马赫数进行基于最小二乘法的非线性曲线拟合,得到一组一元多次函数,经过插值得到所需马赫数下的特性曲线。通过对0.7Ma矩形叶栅出口截面的测量实验,验证了三维非线性插值法的高精度。实验表明:当来流速度与标定速度相差10%时,三维非线性插值法能将马赫数测量结果误差从单个校准数据测量时的1.2%减小到0.17%,尤其是在测量变马赫数流场时,该方法可以通过振荡逼近真实值,直到满足精度要求。在保证精度的前提下,该方法实现了对一个马赫区间的标定,减少了五孔探针在使用前的标定工作量,扩大了五孔探针的使用范围。The Five-hole probe testing technology has become increasingly mature,but the calibration of five-hole probe is time-consuming and laborious.The traditional testing methods have errors that cannot be ignored when measuring unstable flow fields.In this paper,the research of nonlinear interpolation method considering Mach number is carried out,and a method of high precision calibration with less calibration workload-three-dimensional nonlinear interpolation method is obtained.In this method,The characteristic curves at several Mach numbers are arranged in a three-dimensional spatial order,the Kα,Kβ,CPt,CPs values at the sameαandβpositions on each curve are used as data points to respectively carry out nonlinear curve fitting based on the least square method with Mach numbers,so as to obtain a group of unary multiple functions.Finally,the characteristic curve at the required Mach number is obtained by interpolation.The high accuracy of the three-dimensional nonlinear interpolation method is verified by measuring the outlet section of a 0.7Ma rectangular cascade.Experiments show that when the deviation between the incoming flow speed and the calibration speed is 10%,the three-dimensional nonlinear interpolation method can reduce the deviation of Mach number measurement results from 1.2%when measuring single calibration data to 0.17%,especially when measuring variable Mach number flow field,the method can approach the real value through oscillation until the accuracy requirement is met.On the premise of ensuring the accuracy,the method realizes the calibration of a Mach interval,reduces the calibration workload of the five-hole probe before use,and expands the use range of the five-hole probe.
