摘  要:为快速判断容积式制冷剂压缩机性能试验过程中测量结果出现偏差的原因,采用热力学参数法分析压缩机性能参数测量结果与吸气压力、排气压力和吸气温度3个控制参数之间的关系,并提出一套故障诊断逻辑。理论分析结果显示,3个控制参数偏差对于压缩机性能参数测量结果偏差的影响存在差异:吸气压力偏差为3%时,制冷量和功率偏差约为3.5%,且COP偏差较小;吸气温度偏差为3%时,制冷量和功率偏差均约为-2%,且COP偏差极小;排气压力偏差为3%时,功率偏差约为3.5%,COP偏差约为-3.2%。根据单因素影响的差异性可快速判定测试结果出现偏差的原因。In order to quickly identify the deviation of test results during the performance test for the displacement refrigerant compressor,the relationships between the performance test results of compressor and the control parameters,which are suction pressure,discharge pressure and suction temperature,are analyzed by the method of thermodynamic parameters.Thus a fault diagnosis logic is put forward.The theoretical analysis results show that there are differences for the influence of these three control parameters’deviations on the performance test results of compressor.As the deviation of suction pressure is 3%,the deviations of cooling capacity and power are both about 3.5%,and the deviation of COP is smaller.As the deviation of suction temperature is 3%,the deviations of cooling capacity and power are both about-2%,and the deviation of COP is smallest.As the deviation of discharge pressure is 3%,the deviations of power and COP are about 3.5%and-3.2%respectively.According to the otherness of each parameters influence,the deviation cause of test results can be quickly identified.
