摘  要:长期以来,有关集中式空调冷水系统水力平衡和末端空调装置控制的学术研究始终是业界讨论的热点。本文基于数字式(1/0)通断控制的基本原理,提出一种末端装置分布式控制的集中式空调冷水系统变流量控制技术,其中包括一种保障末端装置设计流量的位式调节电动两通阀控制技术,以及基于冷水平衡的调节阀流通能力调节措施。同时给出一种以冷水系统所有在役冷盘管实际流量与设计流量保持一致为控制目标的冷源侧变流量经济运行控制策略,以及工程调试解决方案。该控制技术不仅摒弃了各类水力平衡阀,而且实现了冷水系统冷水平衡的自动化调节。For a long time,the academic research on hydraulic balancing and control of terminal air-conditioning device in central air-conditioning chilled water system has been a topic in the industry.Based on the basic principle of digital(1/0)on-off control,a kind of variable flow control technology for central air-conditioning chilled water system based on distributed control at the terminal device is put forward,including a kind of position regulation motorized 2-way valve control technology to ensure the design flow of the terminal device,and the regulating measure of flow capacity of control valve based on hydronic balancing.At the same time,an economic operation control strategy of variable flow rate at the cold source side with the objective of keeping the actual flow rate consistent with the designed flow rate of all the cooling coil pipes in service in the chilled water system,as well as an engineering debugging solution,are presented.This control technology not only abandons all kinds of hydraulic balancing valve,but also realizes the automatic adjustment of hydronic balancing in chilled water system.
