摘　　要：CIRAS-2光合仪是PP System制造的世界上先进的光合作用测定系统。主要介绍了CIRAS-2光合仪在使用过程中存放叶室、防止仪器进水、定期开机、电池充电、检查吸收管、安装叶室插头、光源灯保护等日常维护及出现的启动时噪音较大、探头类型错误、参比CO2(Cr)、保存数据丢失、压力检测异常、叶室漏气等故障和解决办法,能缩短仪器的维修时间和延长仪器的使用寿命,提高仪器的利用价值,为光合仪的使用者提供参考。CIRAS-2 photosynthesis system is an advanced instrument produced by PP System Company in the world,it is used to measure photosynthesis rate of plants.Routine maintenance such as cuvetee management,preventing from entering water,regular startup,battery charging,checking absorption tube,installing leaf cuvetee plug,protection of light source lamp and troubleshooting of CIRAS-2 photosynthesis system were introduced.Moreover,appearing problems and countermeasures such as large noise,probe type error,CO2 reference(Cr)abnormal,measuring data losing,pressure detecting abnormal,and cuvetee leakage were stated in the course of using CIRAS-2 photosynthesis system.The research results can reduce the maintenance time and prolong the service life of the instrument,and improve the its utilization value.It provided reference for users of photosynthesis system.
