摘 要:为回收焦炉荒煤气的高温余热,设计了螺旋管式上升管换热器,并开展了工业实验。结果表明,采用导热油作为取热介质时,上升管荒煤气出口平均温度在550℃以上,可避免煤气降温过程焦油质析出挂结问题;采用导热介质CS填充时,热回收率不低于80%。针对130×10^4 t/a的焦炉上升管,可产生热负荷不低于7560 kW、温度大于240℃的导热油,为取代管式炉作为富油脱苯热源奠定了工业实施基础。In order to recover the high-temperature residual heat of coke oven gas,a ascension pipe heat exchanger using spiral tube was designed and tested in industrial experiments.The results show that when thermal oil is applied as heat medium,the average temperature at the outlet of coke oven gas is above 550℃.The problem of tar precipitation and conglutination on the inner wall of ascension pipe during the process of gas cooling can be avoided.When filled with thermal conductive materials CS,the heat recovery yield is not less than 80%.For the coke oven with annual output of 130×10^4 t/a,a thermal oil stream with a temperature of not less than 240℃and heat duty of not less than 7560 kW can be produced,which lays a foundation for industrial implementation of replacing tubular oven as heat source for benzene removal from washing oil process.
