摘 要:环管法聚丙烯工艺的单体消耗和不合格丙烯驰放位置相关。文中通过Aspen Plus模拟和丙烷质量分数分布对比发现,聚丙烯对丙烷吸附能力更强是导致汽蒸单元丙烷质量分数高于未反应单体回收单元1.81%的原因,并论证了往复式压缩机替代液环式压缩机增压至2 MPa(G)驰放是可行的;两种驰放方案的对比结果表明,汽蒸单元驰放方案每年可节省原料丙烯2992 t,减少原料成本879.6万元,同时取消了频繁再生的干燥系统,降低投资费用和运行成本,为今后聚丙烯工艺驰放方案的设计提供借鉴。Monomer consumption of loop reactor polypropylene technology is related to monomer purging position.The results of compared propane distribution and verified by Aspen Plus simulation show that ability of polypropylene adsorbing with propane is slightly higher than that with propylene,and this causes propane mass fraction in polysteamer section is 1.81%higher than that in monomer recover section.Meanwhile,feasibility of using reciprocating compressor to replace liquid ring compressor and compress off-spec propylene to 2 MPa(G)is demonstrated.The results of comparing two purging schemes show that scheme of purging from polysteamer section saves 2992 t propylene per year,reduces raw material cost 8.796×10^4 yuan,as well as cancel the off-gas dry unit to further reduce the initial investment and operating cost.It provides reference for the purging scheme design of further loop reactor polypropylene technology.
