摘 要:氧化铁具有较小的带隙能,以氧化铁柱撑的层状过渡金属氧化物在可见光光催化领域具有重要的实际意义.在本研究中,分别以水合铌钼酸和水合钽钼酸(HNbMoO6·xH2O和HTaMoO6·yH2O)为层板主体,正丙胺为预支撑剂,硝酸铁为铁源,采用分步离子交换法制得Fe(Ⅲ)多聚体离子插层的层状铌钼酸盐和钽钼酸盐,在空气气氛中于673 K焙烧后,分别得到氧化铁柱层状铌钼酸(记为Fe2O3-HNbMoO6)和氧化铁柱层状钽钼酸(记为Fe2O3-HTaMoO6).Fe2O3-HNbMoO6的层间距为1.20 nm,层间柱子Fe2O3的高度为0.39 nm,BET比表面积为52.1 m^2/g,禁带宽度Eg为1.90 eV;Fe2O3-HTaMoO6的层间距为1.07 nm,层间柱高为0.27 nm,比表面积为18.2 m^2/g,Eg为1.93 eV.两种氧化铁柱层状产品均有良好的热稳定性,具有较小的禁带宽度,在可见光区呈现较强的吸收,是潜在的可见光光催化材料.Since iron oxide has a lower band-gap energy,the pillared layered transition metal oxides using iron oxide as the pillars are of practical significance.In this research work,Fe(Ⅲ)polyoxocations-intercalated layered niobium-molybdenum oxysalt and tantalum-molybdenum oxysalt were prepared by means of stepwise ions-exchange route,respectively,in which HNbMoO6·xH2O and HTaMoO6·yH2O were used as the respective layered host,n-propylamine as a pre-swelling agent and the ferric nitrate as an iron source.After the Fe(Ⅲ)polyoxocations-intercalated layered oxysalts were calcined at 673 K in air environment,the iron oxide-pillared layered niobium-molybdenum acid(denoted as Fe2O3-HNbMoO6)and tantalum-molybdenum acid(denoted as Fe2O3-HTaMoO6)were afforded.The Fe2O3-HNbMoO6 had an interlayer distance of 1.20 nm,Fe2O3 pillars height of 0.39 nm and a BET surface area of 52.1 m^2/g,while the Fe2O3-HTaMoO6 showed 1.07 nm,0.27 nm and 18.2 m^2/g,respectively.Both the pillared products exhibited a good thermostability and a smaller band-gap energy(1.90 ev for Fe2O3-HNbMoO6 and 1.93 ev for Fe2O3-HTaMoO6),and an obvious absorption in visible-light region.Therefore,both the products are expected to find significant applications in some photocatalytic reactions particularly under visible-light irradiation.
