协调解决暂态稳定与短路电流问题的最优阻抗运行策略

摘  要:随着大容量机组下移到低等级电网,电力系统的暂态稳定与短路电流问题日益突出.传统的切机、切负荷等控制手段不能从根本上解决两者之间的矛盾.本文通过研究系统阻抗来将暂态稳定与短路电流问题联系起来,建立以系统阻抗为核心的数学模型,并提出采用外点罚函数法寻求最优系统阻抗值来协调解决暂态稳定与短路电流之间矛盾问题的实用控制策略.通过PSASP软件,以GGE地区电网为算例进行仿真验证,结果显示GGE地区电网中存在的暂态稳定与短路电流问题均已消失且电网能够稳定运行,所提暂态稳定与短路电流协调控制策略能有效的帮助电力系统稳定运行.这为通过利用系统阻抗来同时协调解决暂态稳定问题与短路电流问题提供了理论基础和现实应用方案.As large-capacity generating units move down to low-level power grids,the transient stability and short-circuit current problems of the power system have become increasingly prominent.Traditional control methods such as machine cut and load cut cannot fundamentally solve the contradiction between the two.This paper connects transient stability and short-circuit current problems by studying system impedance,establishes a mathematical model with system impedance as the core,and proposes to use the external point penalty function method to find the optimal system impedance value to coordinately solve transient stability and short-circuit current practical control strategies for contradictory issues.Through PSASP software,the GGE regional power grid is used as an example for simulation verification.The results show that the transient stability and short-circuit current problems in the GGE regional power grid have disappeared and the power grid can operate stably.The proposed coordinated control strategy for transient stability and short-circuit current can effectively help the stable operation of the power system.This provides a theoretical basis and practical application scheme for simultaneously solving transient stability problems and short-circuit current problems by using system impedance.
