摘 要:为满足线束防护套自动化生产需求,设计一套包含视觉检测的线束防护套剪尾装置。阐述了装置的整体设计方案,介绍了机械传动部分、电气控制部分和视觉检测部分。针对防护套的特征,采用双线性插值法获取边缘点的灰度信息,利用图像一阶导数进行边缘点提取并依据结果进行边缘拟合,实现了防护套的快速定位和检测。实验结果表明:所设计的系统生产的产品尺寸误差小于0.2 mm,单个产品在线检测时间小于等于80 ms,检测效率是人工的2倍,满足生产现场的精度和时间要求,提高了生产效率。In order to meet the requirement of automatic production of cable protective cover,the cutting tail equipment including visual inspection part for cable protective cover was designed.The whole design scheme of the equipment was described,and the mechanical motion part,electrical control part and visual inspection part were introduced.According to the characteristics of the protective cover,the bilinear interpolation method was applied to obtain the gray-value of the edge point.The first-order derivative of the image was used to extract the edge points,and the edge fitting was carried,which realized the rapid location and inspection of the protective cover.The experimental results show that the size error of the product produced by the designed system is less than 0.2 mm,the online inspection time of a single product is less than or equal to 80 ms,and the inspection efficiency is twice that of the manual.It meets the requirements of precision and time on the production site and improves the production efficiency.
