摘　　要：本文主要采用调查分析,通过对中国足球运动发展中存在的主要问题的认识,提出了高水平足球队培养的训练指导思想、选材等四大方面的观点和建议。This paper mainly adopts the investigation and analysis,through the understanding of the main problems existing in the development of Chinese football,and puts forward four viewpoints and suggestions on the training guiding ideology and material selection of high-level football teams.
