摘　　要：随着当今社会治理结构的调整以及政府职能的转变,作为多元参与主体之一的社会组织,在社区养老服务过程中发挥越来越重要的作用。社会组织因其不同于政府机构的独特优势,以更加灵活的方式提供更加个性化的服务,满足老人的需求。[1]从社会组织参与社区养老服务的角度来研究探讨马鞍山市养老模式的选择,并从促进更多的社会组织发挥自身的功能角度探讨构建特色社区养老服务体系,可使社会各界关注社区养老服务并积极投入到其中的建设。Nowadays,with the adjustment of social governance structure and the transformation of government functions,as one of the multiple participants,social organizations play an increasingly important role in the process of community pension services.Social organizations,because of their unique advantages different from government agencies,provide more individualization services in a more flexible way to meet the needs of the elderly.This paper mainly studies and discusses the pension model selection of Ma’anshan City from the perspective of social organizations participating in community pension service,and discusses the construction of characteristic community pension service system from the perspective of promoting more social organizations to carry out their own functions,which can make the community from all walks of life pay attention to community pension service and actively participate in the construction.
