已育二孩职业妇女社会支持体系的构建——基于福利多元主义的视角

摘　　要：随着我国二孩职业妇女数量的增多,构建二孩职业妇女社会支持体系,促进二孩职业妇女职业的可持续发展十分必要。依据福利多元主义理论的研究范式,构建一个以政府为主导、社区为依托、家庭为基础、单位为支撑、非政府组织为补充的五个层面相互补充、相互合作的生育友好型社会支持体系意义非凡。With the increasing number of second-child professional women in China,it is necessary to build a social support system for second-child professional women and promote the sustainable development of their careers.According to the research paradigm of welfare pluralism theory,it is crucial to build government-oriented,community-based,family based,unit-based support,and non-governmental organizations.These five levels are mutual complementation and mutual cooperation,which is of great significance.
