北京市体育院校(系)太极推手开展现状研究

摘　　要：太极推手是太极拳的重要组成部分,也是武术的对抗项目之一,为了了解太极推手在体育院校(系)的开展现状,促进太极推手运动发展,采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对北京市5所体育院校(系)太极推手开展情况进行调查研究。结论认为,各体育院校(系)太极推手师资力量缺乏,影响了太极推手顺利开展;太极推手课程没有统一的教材,场地硬件设施不够完善;学生参加太极推手比赛及活动次数较少。建议:大力加强师资力量的培养,增强对场地设施的投资力度,加强媒体的宣传力度;增加宣传力度,不断激励学生积极参加推手比赛,提高太极推手技术水平。Taiji pushing-hands is an important part of Taijiquan and one of the confrontational events of Wushu.In order to understand the present situation of Taijiquan push in sports colleges and universities(departments)and promote the development of Taijiquan push,five sports colleges and universities(departments)in Beijing were studied by means of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics.Tai Chi pushing hands to carry out investigation and study.The conclusion is that the lack of Taiji Pushinghands teachers in all sports colleges and departments has affected the smooth development of Tai Chi push;there is no unified teaching material for Tai Chi push,and the hardware facilities are not perfect enough;students participate in Taiji Pushing-hands competitions and activities less.Suggestions:Strengthen the training of teachers,increase investment in venues and facilities,strengthen media publicity,increase publicity,constantly encourage students to actively participate in the push competition,improve the technical level of Taiji pushing-hands.
