摘 要:竞技健美操运动员受伤部位多是腕、肩及腰部,损伤的主要原因是:技术、训练水平偏低,身体素质差,自我运动意识不强、动作不正确,缺乏自我保护能力;运动前不做准备活动或准备活动不充分,身体状态不佳,以及教学、竞赛工作组织不当。以北京体育大学体育艺术系健美操专项学生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,就健美操专项学生运动损伤情况进行了调查,发现健美操专项学生运动损伤发生的机率随着学期、课程的不同而不同;运动损伤较多的部位是踝关节、膝关节、腕关节、颈部、腰部、大腿等;损伤性质多为拉伤、扭伤、挫伤、擦伤;损伤的原因主要是动作技术掌握不当、着装不当、准备活动不充分、注意力不集中等。从提高学生预防运动损伤的意识、正确着装、加强易伤部位的力量和伸展性练习等方面有针对性地提出建议。The injured parts of competitive aerobics athletes are mostly wrists,shoulders and waist,which are related to the techniques of supporting,turning shoulders,jumping and somersaulting in competitive aerobics movements.The main causes of injury are:insufficient training level,poor physical quality,incorrect movements and lack of self-protection ability;No preparation activities or insufficient preparation activities before sports,poor physical condition,lack of training to adapt to the environment,and improper organization of teaching and competition work.This article takes the aerobics students of the sports art department of Beijing sports university as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the sports injuries of the aerobics students of our department.It is found that the probability of sports injuries among aerobics students varies with semester and course.The parts with more sports injuries are ankle joint,knee joint,wrist joint,neck,waist,thigh,etc.The nature of injury is mostly strain,sprain,contusion and scratch.The main causes of injury are improper mastery of movement techniques,improper dressing,insufficient preparation activities and lack of concentration.Some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving students'awareness of preventing sports injuries,correctly dressing,strengthening the strength of vulnerable parts and stretching exercises.
