耳穴埋豆联合经皮穴位电刺激对肝肾亏虚型腰腿痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴埋豆联合经皮穴位电刺激对肝肾亏虚型腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法选择2018年2~12月在本院就诊的肝肾亏虚型腰腿痛患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用推拿常规治疗,治疗组在推拿基础上给予耳穴埋豆联合经皮穴位电刺激治疗。观察两组临床疗效及疼痛评分。结果治疗前治疗组疼痛评分为(5.88±1.36)分,对照组为(5.75±0.89)分;治疗后治疗组下降为(2.25±0.71)分,对照组下降为(3.25±0.89)分,治疗组变化较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组为72.5%,治疗组临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合经皮穴位电刺激能有效降低肝肾亏虚型腰腿痛患者的疼痛程度且临床疗效确切,可在临床上广泛应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint buried bean combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on lumbar and leg pain in liver and kidney deficiency.Methods 80 patients with liver and kidney deficiency type low back pain were enrolled in our hospital from February to December 2018.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the randomized group method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional massage,and the treatment group was given auricular acupoint buried bean combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on the basis of massage.The clinical efficacy and the pain score between the two groups was observed.Results The pain score of the treatment group before treatment was(5.88±1.36)points,and that of the control group was(5.75±0.89)points.After treatment,the treatment group decreased to(2.25±0.71)points,and the control group decreased to(3.25±0.89)points.The change in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical efficacy was 87.5%in the treatment group and 72.5%in the control group.The clinical effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint buried bean combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can effectively reduce the pain level of patients with liver and kidney deficiency type of lumbar and leg pain and clinical curative effect,which can be widely recommended in clinical application.
