中医辨证施护联合中药熏洗对腰腿痛患者疼痛症状与生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析中医辨证施护联合中药熏洗治疗对腰腿痛患者生活质量以及疼痛症状的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院接受治疗的腰腿痛患者150例作为临床研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组75例。所有患者均予中药熏洗治疗,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受中医辨证施护,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗效果显著,观察组较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的VAS及MgGee分值差异显著,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量各项评分差异显著,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰腿痛患者行中医辨证施护联合中药熏洗治疗,可有效提高患者生活质量,缓解患者的疼痛症状,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect of TCM dialectical nursing combined with fumigation and washing with Chinese herbal medicine on pain symptoms and quality of life in patients with pain in waist and lower extremities.Methods 150 patients with lumbocrural pain who were treated in our hospital were selected as clinical study subjects.The admission time was from January 2018 to January 2019.The grouping method was random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.All patients were given fumigation and washing with Chinese herbal medicine,and the control group was given routine care.The observation group was given TCM dialectical nursing.The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect in the two groups of patients was significant,and it was higher in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS and MgGee scores in the two groups of patients were significantly different,and they were lower in the observation group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),There were significant differences in the scores of quality of life between the two groups,and they were higher in the observation group.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM dialectical nursing combined with fumigation and washing with Chinese herbal medicine for the patients with pain in waist and lower extremities can effectively improve the patient's quality of life,relieve patients'pain symptoms,and has a high application value.
