摘  要:紫金山金矿是典型的低品位金矿,通过大量的技术和管理创新,可利用金矿资源发生了重大裂变,成为中国乃至世界超大型、低品位金矿绿色高效开发的典范。在紫金山金矿创新开发过程中,形成了“矿石流五环归一”矿业工程管理模式。该管理模式以经济地质理论为基础,统筹地质、采矿、选矿、冶炼及环境保护五大环节技术与流程,归结于实现经济和社会效益最大化,通过技术和管理系统创新,大幅降低了投资和成本,在紫金山金铜矿及诸多矿山开发过程中发挥了重要作用,使低品位资源开发取得了高效益。该管理模式对中国矿业开发具有重要指导意义。Zijinshan Gold Mine is a typical low-grade gold mine.Through a large number of technological and management innovations,available gold resources have achieved significant fission,which is a classic case of green and efficient development of super-large,low-grade gold mines in China,even in the world.The"Five-process Integration"mining engineering management mode formed in the process of innovative development of Zijinshan Gold Mine.The mode is developed based on the theory of economic geology,coordinates the technology and flow of the 5 important links including geology,mining,mineral processing,smelting and environmental protection and is concluded with maximum economic and social profits.With technological and management innovations,the mode has greatly reduced the investment and cost,played an important role in the development of Zijinshan Gold Copper Mine and many other mines,and generated good returns from the low-grade resources.The management mode could play an important guiding role in the mining industry development in China.
