摘 要:绿色开采是“绿水青山就是金山银山”的充分体现。随着中国金属矿开采逐渐走向深部和国家对资源环保政策的落实与严格管控,深部金属矿绿色开采将成为矿业开发的新常态。为了在满足国民经济发展需要的同时实现金属矿开采的持续稳定发展,回顾了国内金属矿绿色开采发展的3个阶段,系统分析了深部金属矿绿色开采面临的挑战,提出了金属矿山的绿色开采模式,探寻了深部金属矿绿色开采“高效两无一生态”的技术架构体系,介绍了金属矿绿色开采关键技术及其应用,以期为深部金属矿安全高效环保开采提供理论和技术支撑。Green mining is the implementation of the"Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".The metal mines in China gradually go deeper and the government tightens and implements the environmental protection policy,and with these facts,green mining of deep metal mines is becoming a new normal.In order to achieve sustainable development of metal mines exploitation while meet the requirements of national economy development,the 3 development stages of green mining in domestic metal mines are reviewed,the challenges faced by green mining of deep metal mines are summarized and analyzed,the green mining modes are proposed,the technical framework system namely the"efficient,two without s,one ecological"for green mining of deep metal mines is explored,and the key technology and their application for green mining of metal mines are introduced.Hopefully these measures can provide theoretical and technical support for safe,efficient and environmental mining of deep mines.
