平胃散合四逆散治疗代谢综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨平胃散合四逆散治疗代谢综合征的临床效果。方法选择2018年1~12月在我院诊断治疗的代谢综合征患者80例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例。对照给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予平胃散合四逆散治疗。比较治疗前后两组血糖水平、胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗、血脂水平、血压水平、腹围及BMI水平。结果(1)两组治疗后FBG、2 hPBG、FINS、HOMA-IR显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组FBG、2 hPBG、FINS、HOMA-IR显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著低于治疗前,HDL-C水平显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著低于对照组,HDL-C水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后两组收缩压及舒张压水平较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组收缩压及舒张压均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后两组腹围、BMI较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组腹围、BMI显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用平胃散合四逆散可有效改善患者胰岛素抵抗指标,改善代谢指标。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Pingwei powder(PWP)combined with Sini powder(SNP)in metabolic syndrome.Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as metabolic syndrome and admitted in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 in each group.Patients in the control group received a routine treatment and those in the treatment group additionally accepted PWP-SNP treatment.Levels of blood glucose,insulin,insulin resistance,blood lipid and blood pressure,waist circumference and body mass index(BMI)were detected before and after treatment and compared between the two groups.Results(1)Levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),fasting insulin(FINS)and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups compared with the baseline levels,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The four indices significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(2)Levels of total cholesterol(TC),total triglycerides(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)significantly decreased and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)significantly increased in the two groups after treatment compared with the baseline levels,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of TC,TG and LDL-C significantly decreased and the level of HDL-C significantly increased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)The post-treatment systemic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)significantly decreased in the two groups compared with the baseline levels,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The two indices in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(4)Post-treatment waist cir
