摘　　要：目的分析胸腺法新联合ART治疗对HIV患者Th1/Th2失衡的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院就诊的80例HIV患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法进行分组,将患者分为试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患者选择ART治疗,试验组选择胸腺法新联合ART治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后相关指标检测结果及血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平。结果两组患者治疗后的CD4+T淋巴细胞计数较前提高,且试验组患者治疗后不同时间段的上升程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后的血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在HIV患者的临床治疗中,采用胸腺法新联合ART治疗效果显著,能够更好地提高机体免疫力,有助于改善免疫应答失衡的状况,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of thymalfasin combined with ART treatment on Th1/Th2 imbalance in HIV patients.Methods 80 HIV patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the lot method.Patients in the control group were treated with ART,while patients in the experimental group were treated with thymalfasin combined with ART.The detection results of relevant indexes and serum Th1/Th2 cytokine levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The CD4+T lymphocyte count of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the increase degree of the patients in the experimental group at different time periods after treatment was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of HIV patients,the efficacy of thymalfasin combined with ART was significant,which can better improve the body immunity and is conducive to improving the imbalance of immune response,suggesting that it is worthy of clinical promotion.
