摘 要:针对小保当一号矿井主斜井穿过萨拉乌苏组含水层和新近系保德组松散岩层遇到的井筒长度长、断面大、施工难、工期短等问题,为了保证主斜井井筒施工质量和施工工期,根据井筒检查钻孔和调研资料,提出主斜井全过程采用普通法进行施工、井壁结构采取分段复合支护的设计方案。实践结果表明,小保当一号矿井主斜井井筒施工过程较顺利,井壁质量优良,该设计可为榆神矿区深部开采区类似地质条件下长距离、大涌水、大断面井筒施工方法选择和井壁结构设计提供了有益经验。In view of the problems of long shaft length,large section,difficult construction and short construction period when the main inclined shaft passes through Salawusu formation aquifer and Neogene Baode formation loose rock stratum in Xiaobaodang No.1 Mine,in order to ensure the construction quality and construction period of the main inclined shaft,according to the borehole inspection and investigation data,it is proposed that the main inclined shaft shall be constructed by common method in the whole process,and the shaft wall structure shall use segmented design scheme of composite support.The practical results show that the construction process of the main inclined shaft in Xiaobaodang No.1 Mine is smooth and the quality of the shaft lining is excellent.The design can provide useful experience for the selection of construction method and the design of shaft lining structure for long distance,large water inflow and large cross-section shaft in deep mining area of Yushen mining area under similar geological conditions.
