摘 要:为了防止石门揭煤过程中发生煤与瓦斯突出事故,以开滦矿区二水平南一采区运输下山下部石门揭煤为背景,分析了石门揭煤处11煤层的地质条件和瓦斯赋存状况,提出采用瓦斯参数测定、瓦斯预先抽采、水力冲孔、煤体固化等综合瓦斯防治技术。结果表明,通过石门揭煤综合瓦斯防治技术,揭煤点及其周围煤层瓦斯含量降为3.19m^3/t,瓦斯压力降至0.6MPa以下,每天保证正规循环,顺利实现了安全揭过煤。In order to prevent coal and gas outburst accidents in the process of uncovering coal at crosscut,the geological conditions and gas occurrence status of No.11 Coal Seam at-950 level in Donghuantuo Coal Mine are analyzed,and comprehensive gas control technologies such as gas parameter measuring point,gas pre extraction,hydraulic punching and coal solidification are proposed.The results show that,Through the comprehensive gas prevention and control technology of cross cut coal uncovering,the gas content of the coal uncovering point and its surrounding coal seam is reduced to 3.19 m^3/t,and the gas pressure is reduced to below 0.6 MPa.The regular circulation is ensured every day,and the safe coal uncovering is realized successfully.
