摘 要:利用剩余拉压刚度、剩余弯曲刚度、剩余强度和剩余失稳压力等力学参数,实现了输电塔角钢锈蚀程度宏观损伤的量化表征。采用有限元方法定量分析了全面锈蚀、孔状锈蚀、局部区域性锈蚀和边缘锈蚀四种常见锈蚀类型对角钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:角钢的拉压刚度对四种锈蚀类型均比较敏感,而弯曲刚度对全面锈蚀和边缘锈蚀较为敏感;四种锈蚀类型均会严重削弱角钢的强度;全面锈蚀、局部区域性锈蚀以及边缘锈蚀对角钢的失稳压力产生较大影响。The macroscopic damage of transmission tower angle steel corrosion was quantified using mechanical parameters such as residual tensile and compressive stiffness,residual bending stiffness,residual strength and residual buckling stress.Based on finite element numerical method,the effects of four common corrosion types including general corrosion,porous corrosion,regional corrosion and edge corrosion on the mechanical properties of angle steel were quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the tensile and compressive stiffness of angle steel was sensitive to four types of corrosion,while the bending stiffness was sensitive to general corrosion and edge corrosion.Four types of corrosion could weaken the strength of angle steel seriously.General corrosion,regional corrosion and edge corrosion had great influence on the buckling stress of angel steel.
