摘  要:某电厂高温环境中工作的热网管道铝箔玻纤布反射层发生腐蚀,对其发白变黑处进行了取样观察,并结合X射线荧光光谱仪对腐蚀表面的金属元素进行了分析。结果表明:铝箔与接触的玻纤布发生化学反应,使铝箔表面钙元素含量成倍增加,生成的共生金属沉淀物沉积在其表面,导致反射层的反射率下降和管道的散热损失增加;另外,水蒸气的渗透也加速了腐蚀的发生。The reflective layer of aluminum foil with fiberglass cloth on heat-supply network pipeline working in high temperature environment in a power plant was corroded.Samples taken from whitening and blackening areas were observed,and the metal elements on the corroded surface were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that the chemical reaction between the aluminum foil and the contacted fiberglass cloth caused the calcium content on the surface of the aluminum foil to increase exponentially.The generated symbiotic metallic sediment deposited on the surface,resulting in a decrease in the reflectivity of the reflective layer and an increase in the heat dissipation loss of the pipeline.In addition,the penetration of water vapor also accelerated the occurrence of corrosion.
