农民专业合作社资金互助突发事件的风险识别及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：利用对山西、陕西两省100家合作社的调查数据,采用综合因子分析法和非参数检验法,对452个合作社经营管理人所面临的资金互助突发事件风险识别状况及其影响因素进行研究。合作社资金互助突发事件风险可以分为:合作社经营风险、环境突变风险和农户生产风险。结果表明:年龄、性别对风险识别没有显著影响,受教育程度、从事合作社经营年限、是否是合作社理社长对3种风险识别有不同程度的影响;家庭人口数对合作社经营风险识别影响显著,家庭成员是否兼业显著影响识别环境突变风险;平均借贷次数和借款金额显著影响3种风险的识别;上级监管部门、同行的导向、信息对称性、是否参加培训显著影响3类风险的识别;合作社是否建立资金互助突发事件应急管理机制仅影响合作社经营风险和环境突发风险的识别。因此,提出从影响合作社资金互助突发事件风险识别的主因入手,提高合作社资金互助业务经营的突发事件风险识别和风险管理能力,促进合作社资金互助业务的优化发展。Based on the survey data of 100 cooperatives in Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces,combined factor analysis method and non-parametric test method,the risk identification status and influencing factors of fund mutual emergency faced by 452 cooperative managers were studied.The research shows that the risk of cooper⁃ative mutual fund emergencies can be divided into cooperative operation risk,environmental catastrophe risk and farmer production risk.Age and gender have no significant influence on risk identification,while educa⁃tion,years of cooperative operation and whether or not they are cooperative presidents have different influence on risk identification.The number of family members has a significant impact on the risk identification of coop⁃erative operation.The average times and the amount of borrowing significantly affect the identification of the three kinds of risks.The guidance of superior supervision department and peers,information symmetry and whether or not to participate in training significantly affect the identification of the three types of risks;whether the cooperative establishes the emergency management mechanism of fund mutual assistance only affects the identification of cooperative operation risk and environmental emergency risk.Therefore,we must,starting from the main factors that affect the risk identification,improve the ability to identify and manage emergency risks and promote the optimal development of cooperative fund mutual assistance business.
